Who says you can’t unwind at work? The atmosphere at Mastek is abuzz with highly energized individuals who have an opinion on everything! If that’s not enough, we try to add to the fun and excitement by organizing regular events that encourage bonding among employees.
Quarterly Meetings
Quarterly meetings have become a way of life at Mastek, combing business with pleasure. The meetings are enterprise-wide informal gatherings where you get to know more about Mastek and its employees. They also offer an opportunity to project teams to present the work they’re doing and senior managers to share their vision for the company. It’s also a platform for Mastekeers to showcase and nurture their talent in other areas -- from singing to acting to compering.
All Mastekeers are encouraged to attend these meetings.
Annual Family meet
Another Mastek institution is the annual RunTime - an event where Mastek employees and their families get together and have a blast! It’s an open atmosphere where all official distinctions and issues are left behind in the office; the entire gang travels together by train or bus for an unforgettable bonding experience. Activities are as diverse as kids’ events, skits by the top management, sports, award ceremonies, cultural events and DJ nights… You won’t experience such a feeling of exhilaration and togetherness anywhere else!
Buzz@Mastek
Buzz@Mastek is a unique intranet forum – the first of its kind in the industry -- that lets you discuss a wide range of issues. Employees can raise issues that concern them with the management through the discussion forum, and get them solved quickly! Our objective is to foster an open and transparent culture in the organization.
Mastekeers United
If you are a sports buff you can join Mastekeers United, the sports initiative of Mastek. You don’t have to be great at any sport; you can be a passionate spectator too!
the past few years, Mastekeers United has made a positive impact on Mastekeers, providing them with the much-needed avenue for some recreation and competition and an opportunity to display their sporting talents!
Mastekeers United organizes and participates in inter-corporate events like cricket and football, and indoor games such as table tennis, badminton, carrom, chess and now bowling too! Perfect if you have a passion for sports!
These are just a few of the things that we do as an organization. Because we have such well-knit teams and such an informal and friendly atmosphere, impromptu parties and outings are the norm -- be it for Valentine’s Day, Holi, Diwali or Christmas.
