Mastek Foundation , Mastek’s Corporate Social Responsibility initiative, is the outcome of the organization’s commitment to community . The Mastek Foundation is an effort by Mastek to give back to society through informed financial and non-financial contributions.

At the core of Mastek is the understanding that any company is like a living organism whose purpose is to make a useful contribution to the world. It encourages Mastekeers to develop as holistic individuals by contributing to the community initiatives through the Mastek Foundation.

The Foundation conducts educational programmes and talks by NGO leaders that informs Mastekeers about various social issues and how individuals can contribute to the community.

We also create role models for Mastekeers by awarding the ‘Spirit of Mastek’ award to individuals who have gone beyond their call.

We have partnered with NGOs working on different social issues and Mastekeers can select the NGO of their choice and contribute either through payroll giving or volunteering.
