I do not know how many of us would still be around at that time but its good to have a super-ordinate goal which exceeds one's physical lifetime. I really consider myself privileged to be part of Mastek. My entire stint with Mastek was a rewarding experience. I got a chance to work on the latest Microsoft products, gained tremendous knowledge about the latest technologies and most importantly I had superb team and very cooperative colleagues. Life at Mastek was full of joy and content due to excellent work culture and its value driven approach. The thing that I found unique about Mastek is that it’s not just work and profit centric but has a human touch to all its activities and accomplishments. It is rendering its support to various NGOs for social betterment, providing relief measures during all the calamities that hit Mumbai. Though I had to leave Mastek due to certain exigencies at home, I still cherish my association with Mastek and my team. I wish Mastek all the very best in all its endeavors and would love to see it scaling new heights in the near future. Let the silver turn to gold.

I had worked for a few companies before joining Mastek.I was with Mastek for four years. I have worked for a few companies after Mastek also but Mastek remains and will remain the best company I have ever worked with. Mastek is a "Learning Organization" and I am proud to be a Mastekeer. Almost at every possible moment I do think of Mastek for the lovely value system that has been inculcated for the entire organization. I was not surprised when we were assessed for P-CMM a few years ago and did well. Ironically, I had the shortest working life (under 2 years)out of my 31 years. I had joined Mastek at Prabhadevi office and was with it for a long long time, something that is considered unthinkable, particularly in IT sector. I am what I am today due to all the opportunities that were presented to me at Mastek. Even now, when I meet some old friends in my current organization who had the privilege of being a Mastekeer at some point in their lives, time spent at Mastek is a natural part of our discussion. After all, how can one forget the days of the first Runtime at Goa, of Ingres Support back in early 1990s, the lifelong friends that were found at Mastek and all the bitter sweet memories of those years. I wish Mastek all the very best in all its future endeavors.
