Sudhakar Ram is responsible for consolidating growth in markets across the globe and helms initiatives in technology, applications, processes, customer deliveries and business development. His mission is to effect a marked shift in leadership, commitment, creativity and culture with a view to accelerated increase in value delivery.

Sudhakar was the recipient of the CNBC Asia's ‘India Business Leader of the Year’ award in 2007. Before joining Mastek, he was the CIO of Rediffusion Dentsu Young & Rubicam. He is a silver medallist from the Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Calcutta. Sudhakar is also an anchor and lead contributor of The New Constructs. It is his initiative to leverage connected intelligence in realising the connected age.

Barry Yard leads Mastek's business in the United Kingdom. He joined Mastek from Siemens where, as Executive Director, he was responsible for the Telco, Media, Utilities and Transportation industry sectors in the UK. Barry was also responsible for Siemens' relationship with the BBC and their £2bn, 10-year contract to provide technology and broadcast services. Barry brings over 25 years of experience in the IT services and consulting industry and has performed senior roles in both customer as well as supplier capacity.

Barry's experience in leading extensive service operations includes his role as Chief Executive of a NHS IT services organisation (providing the entire IT strategy, application development and operational support throughout the South West of England); the Chief Executive of the then newly-privatised Paymaster General’s Office (providing pension payment and the UK government banking services throughout the UK public sector); and the Regional President of a solutions consulting and delivery organisation with EDS.

Barry gained a B.Sc. (honours) degree from Aston University, Birmingham, in Business Administration and is a Chartered Accountant.

Vinay leads all Delivery activities of Mastek, both onsite and offshore. He is also responsible for Operations, Processes, Infrastructure and the key area of Resourcing to ensure that the supply of resources meets business demand. In addition, he also heads the India-AsiaPacific business for Mastek.

In a career spanning 29 years (25 years in IT), Vinay has proven experience in Strategic Planning, Sales & Marketing Operations, Business Development, Delivery Management, and Business Operations & Team Management. Prior to joining Mastek, he was the Group Chief Delivery Officer at Mphasis/EDS, managing the entire business operations, encompassing planning, budgeting, strategic partnerships, operations, P&L management, business development, people management, recruitment & training, HR etc. He has actively engaged in large software services business deals in various global markets including USA, Europe and APAC, besides being a member on the boards of several subsidiary companies and the senior leadership team of Mphasis. Prior to Mphasis, Vinay has held positions of Sr Vice President in L&T Infotech, Vice President in Syntel and Vice President (Europe) in Datamatics.

Vinay's academic credentials include Advanced Software Technology, Business Management, Commerce and Production Engineering.

Stefan is responsible for product management and development, both for insurance products and horizontal capabilities, the ownership of architecture and frameworks that are core to Mastek's business, as well as the creation of a catalog of reusable Intellectual Property from customer solutions.

Stefan has 20+ years of IT experience in a variety of roles including product management, product development and professional services across Europe and the US. He brings a wealth of experience in driving repeatability and structure in large, complex solution development programmes. Amongst his many achievements to date, the one that stands out is the critical role he played in IBM, where he turned IBM WebSphere from a services offering into a highly successful product business.

Farid Kazani brings critical finance and organisation skills to Mastek with over 22 years of experience in the field of Corporate Finance with core competencies in strategic business planning, treasury and fund management, forex, mergers and acquisitions and divestments.

Prior to joining Mastek, Farid has worked with Firstsource Solutions Ltd as CFO – India and Global Financial Controller for over four years. His work experience also includes organisations such as RPG Enterprises, BPL Mobile, Marico Industries Ltd and NOCIL. He has successfully handled an IPO of $100 million and an FCCB issue of $275 million for Firstsource Solutions Ltd, besides independently managing brand takeovers of 'Mediker' and 'Oil of Malabar' for Marico Industries Ltd.

Kalpana Jaishankar leads the global human resource function at Mastek. She administers several employee-centric programmes and HR management with panache.

Kalpana brings with her over 20 years of experience in HR, and has worked extensively in areas like performance management, employee engagement, HR operations, compensation and career development. Prior to joining Mastek, she was associated with several IT organisations. Previously, she was the Vice President (Corporate HR) at Patni Computer Systems.

Ketan Mehta is responsible for mergers and acquisitions, alliances and joint ventures at Mastek. He was instrumental in building a successful joint venture between Mastek and Deloitte Consulting in 2000. He also led acquisitions of STG and Vector (insurance software companies) and played a key role in integration of these companies with Mastek operations.

Prior to this, Ketan has played a variety of roles within Mastek, including leadership of international operations. Ketan holds a Masters degree in Business Management from Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Ahmedabad.

R. Sundar formulates and drives strategic new business growth initiatives at Mastek.

He was the founder and CEO of MajescoMastek's USA subsidiary. In 1999, he set up VARStreet.com, a B2B internet service promoted jointly by Mastek and KB Chandrasekhar of Exodus Communications. He is the CEO of VARStreet.com and a member on the boards of Mastek and MajescoMastek. He holds a Masters degree in Business Management from Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Ahmedabad.
