MajescoMastek Rated “Mature” Player in Life Insurance Outsourcing - Gartner Analyst Firm Says Domain Experience is Essential When Selecting an ITO Firm.

MajescoMastek, a leading global provider of insurance-related software and services, has developed a "mature" experience in information technology outsourcing (ITO) for life insurance. According to Gartner report "Domain Experience a Must for Insurance Outsourcing" dated August 2005.

The company has competencies in the complete range of insurance functions and has developed a primary focus in distribution management, including point of sale, agency portals and agencycompensation, the report said.
"We have made considerable investments in building our IT infrastructure for insurance and recruiting certified consultants dedicated to the insurance segment to support our customers," Chavan said. "We have doubled our insurance business every year since 2002 and our goal is to be among the top three solutions providers in the global industry in the next three years."
MajescoMastek has also supported a moderate number of ITO projects for property and casualty insurers in the United States and the United Kingdom for back and front-office functions, and is building its business process outsourcing (BPO) business.
