It gives me great pride to share Mastek’s performance and progress over the year gone by, a year where we did more than deliver results. We delivered on our promises, stayed true to our values, and strengthened the foundation for a bolder, brighter future. FY25 went beyond being a chapter in our growth story: it became a turning point.

This year, Artificial Intelligence moved from being a headline to becoming our heartbeat. At Mastek, we approached AI not as a standalone technology, but as a strategic enabler, woven deeply into how we deliver, how we solve and how we grow. Our vision for AI spans three critical dimensions: AI for Technology, AI for Business, and AI for Data.

But what sets us apart is not just what we’ve built; it’s how we’ve built it. We have developed over 90 plug‑and‑play AI assets and more than 100 real business use cases, all focused on driving measurable ROI for our clients. Proprietary platforms like AI Amigo, AI Enabler, and our ITSM Agent are more than internal tools; they are symbols of our commitment to creating solutions that are purposeful, practical, and scalable.

Our commitment to our customers has always defined who we are, and it is through this commitment that I believe true leadership is earned. Leadership is built through consistent action and meaningful impact by delivering innovation that makes a real difference, creating outcomes that endure, and by moving with clarity and integrity. That is what ‘Lead with AI’ stands for at Mastek.

Every engagement, every transformation journey we co‑create with clients is built on this promise. We’ve deepened our presence in critical markets, expanded our relevance in mid‑sized businesses, and diversified across sectors like healthcare, manufacturing, and public services. And as we do this, we continue to stay agile, tailoring solutions to specific business needs and keeping impact at the centre of everything we do.

What makes me most proud, however, is not just what we’ve achieved, but the spirit with which we’ve done it. Our people, our Mastekeers, are the force behind every breakthrough, every milestone. This year, we doubled down on our commitment to their growth. Through our Deep Blue programme, AI Academy, and hands‑on innovation challenges, we empowered over 3,600 employees with next‑generation skills in AI, cloud, and digital technologies.

The energy across our teams, from hackathons to client projects, has been extraordinary. And when you walk into a Mastek office today, you don’t just see engineers or developers. You see problem‑solvers. Innovators. Owners.

Our journey embraces more than technology; it creates value that is responsible, sustainable, and inclusive. In FY25, we made meaningful progress on our ESG commitments. From advancing our Net Zero agenda in the UK to exploring renewable energy pilots in India, we continued to walk the talk on sustainability. More importantly, we helped our clients do the same by offering solutions that support ESG reporting, climate action, and ethical innovation.

Trust also means ensuring that what we build is safe, fair, and accountable. Our Responsible AI framework, backed by strong governance and oversight, ensures that every solution meets the highest standards of ethics and security.

As we step into FY26, we do so with optimism and intent. We are clear about our priorities: to scale AI‑led service delivery, strengthen our global reach, deepen our partnerships, and lead in ESG innovation. But above all, we will continue to do what we’ve always done best‑solve real problems, for real businesses, with purpose.
