Each application window is different, but it will be made clear on the website. We recommend an early application to avoid any disappointment.

You will be expected to submit a CV and a cover letter for the graduate programme. The recruitment team will then be in touch for a briefing call. You will go through a telephone interview stage followed by an assessment centre.

We aim to get back to you within 7 days of your application been made, this depends on application numbers. If you’re invited to an assessment centre you will hear back within the same week.

If we feel your experience fits another role within our organisation you will not be discouraged to apply for that. If you don’t pass the first time for the graduate programme, there is no stopping you from applying to the next intake. We just advise take our feedback on-board and impress the next time!

Of course you can, we are committed to equal employment opportunities and preventing discrimination at all stages of the assessment process, we select the best individuals for the jobs.

Unfortunately we can’t offer this flexibility on our graduate programme, you will be given a start date as we will be providing hands on technical training in cohorts.

We understand that people have commitments, so for exceptional cases we can allow flexibility in the time off. But, you will be going through a period of 3 months training, with a high level of detail throughout each day. We cannot allow people to take annual leave during this time so you wil be required to make that commitment.

The assessment centre will consist of ice breakers, group activities and a 1-2-1 interview. You will be required to work as a team throughout the day. We are marking on criteria based around core capabilities as opposed to technical experience.

This is dependent on the number of recruits we are making and also the quality of the candidate. There will be a different number of hires after each assessment centre.

We do not discourage individuals with a 2:2 from applying, we are looking for individuals with a passion for technology, who can show real attitude and aptitude to learning. If you are worried about your grade and don’t think it’s good enough, speak to the recruiter upon application who will be able to give you the right advice.
