Relevant Experience: 2 to 15 yrs

Work Location: Ahmedabad/Pune/Work from Home

We're looking forward to add mid to senior Oracle HCM Fusion/EBS Functional Consultants with a relevant experience in end-to-end implementation and support projects.
Must have an understanding of Global HR module along with at least one other modules (Payroll, Benefits, Absence, Talent, Learn, Helpdesk, OTL, Compensation, ORC,OPA,Health & safety ).
Preferred to have knowledge & experience with data migration to Oracle Cloud.
Must have experience in migration of setup changes from non-Production to Production environment.
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and switch between tasks quickly.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Expert level of product skills on following Technical area (Oracle Report Tool, OTBI, BIP, XML Publisher, Extract, Alert Composer, Fast Formula, OIC, Personalization & Customization).
Understanding of Data Migration, Integration & Conversion (SQL-Loader, ADFDI, Web ADI, HDL).
Responsible for managing the RICE development team.
Must have hand-on experience of end-to-end business cycle of HR Modules.
