Client insight

Introduced the IPT (Immigration Platform Technologies) Programme to deliver flexible, digitally driven IT systems and processes that support UK visas and immigration, enforcement and border force.

Selected Mastek to deliver two key processes, the Biometric Residence Permit and the Biometric Travel Document components of the core IPT Programme infrastructure which comprised:

  • SSB (Shared Service Bus), a software component supporting communication between immigration and enforcement systems
  • CDP (Common Data Platform), a single data platform addressing various data sharing needs of the Home Office and other government departments.
