Must understand Global HR module along with at least one other modules (preferably Payroll, Absence, Talent, Helpdesk, Time and Labour or Recruitment).
Expert level product skills on following Technical area (Oracle Report Tool, OTBI, BIP, XML Publisher, Extract, Alert Composer, Fast Formula, OIC, Personalization & Customization).
Understanding of Data Migration, Integration & Conversion (SQL-Loader, ADFDI, Web ADI, HDL).
Should have conducted client Workshops/Solution Designing and Configuration on the module.
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and switch between tasks quickly.
Must have experience in migration of setup changes from non-Production to Production environment
Must have worked on at least two implementation projects
Must be able to manage customer facing role
Must be comfortable to travel as per business needs
Must be flexible to work in different time-zone as per client meeting schedules
