Understanding of End to End testing approach, processes, planning, estimations, etc.
Must be able to define test approach and provide solutions to prospect customer Must work on proposal, customer presentations Guide & mentor team on different testing initiatives across the organization (like Too PoC, Tooling strategy, Framework evaluation etc.) Can do secondary research on various testing trends, tools, practices Good to have created testing platforms/ tool/ accelerators etc.
Good to have prior experience in test consulting or test maturity assessment engagements.
Experience working on at least one test automation tool and one test management tool Knowledge on non-functional testing is desirable. Should have good verbal, written communication and presentation skills Should have great problem solving and analytical skills.
