Improved conversion and reduced abandoned cart rate with new UX
DXL is the US’s largest retailer of big and tall menswear, with over 200 stores and exclusive partnerships with the most sought-after brands.
As sales began to slow due to the shortcomings of its aging commerce platform, DXL called on Mastek to upgrade their technologies to get growth back on track.
We began by stabilizing the checkout process, resolving key performance issues impacting cart abandonment. With sales restored, we moved on to an extensive upgrade from ATG 10.2 to ATG 11.3 that included an entire re-design of the UX and frontend. With the upgrade in place, we moved forward with a custom omnichannel OMS and an intricate CRM system.
Our work significantly increased DXL’s revenue by reducing the amount of abandoned carts and improved conversion rates due to the new UX. With a backend equipped to handle any size server load and advanced tools to manage orders and customers, DXL can focus on growth it can confidently support.
