Fox sought to provide a more personalized and connected experience for customers by rolling out a strategic commerce cloud solution to support their entire global channels.
We migrated Fox from an on premise, hosted environment to Salesforce Commerce Cloud in order to support their global model. This required a timely, affordable and customizable roll out for multiple regions, including U.S., Canada and Europe.
Our work resulted in a streamlined user experience, integrating Salesforce Marketing Cloud, SAP ERP order management, payment processing, Google Analytics, product image repository and product catalog feed. We provided a seamless launch to a nimble platform that delivers 26% faster site speed with an average page load time is now less than 2 seconds, with no downtime and that allows Fox to make production changes anytime.
