Their products are distributed through more than 12,000 retail locations and they sell direct online.
Giant Bicycles needed production maintenance and support as well as a trusted partner to deploy new ecommerce storefront regions and geographies.
We delivered production support for hot fixes, bug fixes and tasks related to live storefronts as well as strategy and project management of development backlog. We are also providing training for the Giant Bicycles internal team to cultivate their internal commerce skills. Giant Bicycles selected us as their partner of choice for commerce work with an eye to the future for non-commerce digital transformation initiatives.
Our work resulted in a successful migration of managed services from a competitor solution provider, deployment of new geographies in 12 distinct regions each with a unique set of UI/UX and technology requirements.
