Account Manager/Account Director

Account Manager Responsibilities:

  1. Build a strong relationship with the clients
  2. Own the order booking, revenue , gross margin and growth target for the account(s)
  3. Identify new sales opportunities within existing Mastek accounts by up-selling and cross-selling all Mastek capabilities into that account
  4. To enrich a client relationship and Mastek experience
  5. Establish budgets and annual account plan with the client
  6. Ensure agreed timelines set for accounts by clients is met
  7. Manage and solve conflicts (if any) with clients
  8. Be updated on information regarding daily operations of the company and keep the Client updated


1.10-15 years of experience  in account management /sales/ farming roles

2.Experience in selling Digital Services for the last 4-5 years

3.Experience in selling to diversified industries including Retail, Financial Services and Manufacturing

4.Prior experience in selling ecommerce tool implementation services like OCC, SFCC will be a plus


1.East coast- preferably New York area or Columbus, OH

2.West Coast- in either LA area or Seattle
