lululemon athletica is an athletic apparel company founded in 1998 as a retailer of yoga pants and other yoga wear. 

Today lululemon sells its products internationally in close to 500 stores and online. The company has expanded to make a variety of athletic wear, including performance shirts, shorts, and pants as well as lifestyle apparel and yoga accessories.

lululemon reached out to us in 2015 to partner on its commerce strategy. Our job initially was to help accelerate e-commerce growth and achieve technology maturity.

In addition, our highly experienced team conducted a thorough analysis of lululemon’s Oracle Commerce implementation to identify root causes of the issues they were having with the site. We then used the analysis to create a roadmap of items that needed to be re-implemented to be aligned with Oracle’s best practices and standard ecommerce performance practices.

The combination of our fixes, implementation of best practices, and thorough testing yielded record-breaking results during the 2016, 2017, 2018 and 2019 Thanksgiving Holiday. The site was rock-solid with no performance issues at all.

Since 2015, Lululemon has chosen us to be its long-term partner to continue to enhance the site and grow the online business by providing ongoing managed services, production support, roadmap strategy and creative design services using Oracle Commerce, Endeca and Mulesoft. Over the years we’ve executed several omnichannel initiatives for lululemon as well.
