Raman is an experienced growth and digital business transformation leader responsible for growing Mastek’s business in the Americas.

He is also a member of Mastek’s Executive Committee.

Raman’s experience includes 20+ years in next generation digital transformation with Wipro, Dell Services and Sasken building large scale businesses with tier one customers.

In his free time Raman likes to read and follow Formula 1.

Manages the Sales and Business Development Functions

Vitaly leads sales for Mastek Americas and works closely with clients to position ourselves as a trusted partner.

Prior to his current role, Vitaly pivoted the company from staff-augmentation to project-based work, wherein over the course of seven years onboarded and retained many of the IR Top 500 clients by delivering business outcomes.

Vitaly has 18 years of experience in eCommerce across the US and EU in various verticals.

Outside of work, Vitaly spends most of his free time with his three kids.

Manages Delivery Strategies and Teams to Ensure Successful Project Outcomes for Customers

Hiren leverages best practices to deliver successful mission-critical customer digital transformation programs for our clients in the Americas.

With more than 30 years of industry experience, Hiren is a trusted IT leader and dynamic strategist in delivering to clients. He has been an integral part of the leadership team that has contributed to the growth of Mastek globally over the years.

In his free time Hiren enjoys watching movies and playing cricket.

Develops and Manages Strategic Partner Relationships to Build World-Class Solutions for Our Clients

Mike “Graz” Graziano identifies growth opportunities for the company through strategic alliances with our technology partners, and then manages those relationships.

Prior to his current role, Graz fueled the growth of the company by leading the company’s sales, marketing and client services for 7 years.

Graz has 23+ years of experience in eCommerce sales, with leading digital agencies, consulting, and software companies.

Outside of work, Graz enjoys being outdoors exploring the Sonoran Desert in southern Arizona and scuba diving throughout the Caribbean.

Leads the growth of the Mastek America’s eCommerce practice.

Asit leads the the Mastek America’s Commerce Practice.

His team focuses on building accelerators, developing competencies, and evaluating emerging platforms and solutions. He also serves as an advisor on eCommerce architecture and technology roadmaps for customers.

With more than 20 years of IT experience in building digital commerce solutions, Asit’s career has included being a part of teams who have built solutions for Petmate, Tilly’s, Bed Bath & Beyond, Sprint and GE Appliances.

Drives Results for Clients Through the Development and Delivery of Omnichannel and Commerce Strategies for B2C and B2B Clients

Chris connects with clients to help drive their digital strategy, combining his experience in high- growth retail environments with software solutions to build revenue, increase conversion and drive retention.

He has more than 20 years of retail leadership while driving impressive results in a diverse range of retail business models including pure play ecommerce, brick and mortar, omnichannel (with substantial mobile expertise) and merchandising.

Prior to joining Mastek, Chris served as the Director of Digital for Tilly’s, a $500M+ omnichannel retailer where he drove substantial improvements in their digital footprint, analytics, merchandising and marketing, contributing to double digit year over year growth.

Drives Process Standardization and Optimization for Our Digital Transformation Business in the US

Silvia leads our internal digital transformation efforts as we drive process standardization, optimization, and efficiency to meet our clients’ expectations for easier onboarding, higher productivity, quality output, and automated tools to drive efficiency.

Her background includes 25+ years in the digital industry playing senior roles in consulting organizations like Accenture, PwC, and IBM. Prior to her current role, Silvia served as VP of Digital Commerce Delivery for the US.

Silvia is passionate about helping Hispanic girls learn and pursue careers in technology, computer science, and engineering. She is a member of the Texas Girls Collaborative Project which connects non-profits, K-12 schools, higher education institutions, companies, organizations, and individuals across the state of Texas committed to information and motivating girls to pursue careers in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM).

Manages the Full Life-Cycle of our Staffing Business to Meet Our Clients’ Needs

Denise leads our staffing business.

Her responsibilities include managing the full lifecycle of client staffing needs while retaining and attracting new talent. Denise has led Mastek Americas staffing business for more than 20 years.

Denise loves being outdoors especially with her three dogs hiking, mountain biking and exploring as much of Arizona as she can.

Serves as a Collaborative Business Partner to Achieve Client and Corporate Goals

Mayur serves the business in the role of finance business partner.

He is a key strategist in FP&A, working capital management, cost planning, and strategic financing. His background includes more than 10 years of experience in global IT and ITES business finance in Asia, Europe, and North America.

Outside of work, Mayur loves exploring the cultures of the world through travel.

Serving as a Strategic partner to the Business

Beth is an experienced HR leader who brings 15 years of HR expertise from both the private and public sectors.

Much of Beth’s work has been in employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, legal compliance and training. She is passionate about building and maintaining the culture of transparency, accountability and inclusiveness.

In Beth's spare time she enjoys watching movies, spending time with family and riding ATVs.
