Drives growth For Mastek in the Americas

Raman is an experienced growth and digital business transformation leader responsible for growing Mastek’s business in the Americas.

He is also a member of Mastek’s Executive Committee.

Raman’s experience includes 20+ years in next generation digital transformation with Wipro, Dell Services and Sasken building large scale businesses with tier one customers.

In his free time Raman likes to read and follow Formula 1.

Manages the Sales and Business Development Functions

Ajit has been working in the IT Industry for 25 years. He did his Bachelor of Engineering & Master of Management Studies from University of Mumbai, India. Starting his career in India as a Customer Support Executive, he soon progressed to take over larger responsibilities in organizations like Tata Elxsi, Hughes Escorts, Sasken and Wipro. His longest stint was with Wipro where he invested 17 years of his career and worked in different geographies. In his rich career span, he performed various leadership roles in Large Account Management, New Business Development, Strategic Alliances and Technology Pre-sales.

Manages Delivery Strategies and Teams to Ensure Successful Project Outcomes for Customers

Hiren leverages best practices to deliver successful mission-critical customer digital transformation programs for our clients in the Americas.

With more than 30 years of industry experience, Hiren is a trusted IT leader and dynamic strategist in delivering to clients. He has been an integral part of the leadership team that has contributed to the growth of Mastek globally over the years.

In his free time Hiren enjoys watching movies and playing cricket.

Develops and Manages Strategic Partner Relationships to Build World-Class Solutions for Our Clients

Mike “Graz” Graziano identifies growth opportunities for the company through strategic alliances with our technology partners, and then manages those relationships.

Prior to his current role, Graz fueled the growth of the company by leading the company’s sales, marketing and client services for 7 years.

Graz has 23+ years of experience in eCommerce sales, with leading digital agencies, consulting, and software companies.

Outside of work, Graz enjoys being outdoors exploring the Sonoran Desert in southern Arizona and scuba diving throughout the Caribbean.

Leads the growth of the Mastek America’s eCommerce practice.

Asit leads the the Mastek America’s Commerce Practice.

His team focuses on building accelerators, developing competencies, and evaluating emerging platforms and solutions. He also serves as an advisor on eCommerce architecture and technology roadmaps for customers.

With more than 20 years of IT experience in building digital commerce solutions, Asit’s career has included being a part of teams who have built solutions for Petmate, Tilly’s, Bed Bath & Beyond, Sprint and GE Appliances.

Leads staffing practice to meet our clients' talent needs

Silvia works closely with our clients in building strong relationships focused on our clients’ staffing needs.

She is key in providing our clients the ability to have contractors and consultants work both remotely, and onsite, as we strive to meet, and exceed, expectations. Our world-class talent offering is why clients select Mastek and continue to have long-term partnerships with us.

Her background includes 25+ years in the digital industry playing senior roles in consulting organizations like Accenture, PwC, and IBM. Prior to her current role, Silvia served as VP of Digital Commerce Delivery for the US.

LEADS THE GROWTH OF THE DIGITAL COMMERCE BUSINESS OUTSIDE OF AMERICAS

Bhaskar based out of India works closely with our group company Evosys to drive Digital Commerce business outside of Americas particularly Middle East.

Prior to his current role Bhaskar helped us assemble a highly skilled Digital Commerce delivery team in India and played a key role in - Commerce Capability Development, Global Delivery, Pre-Sales and India Operations for 8+ years.

He is passionate about technology and has 15 years of IT experience. Prior to joining Mastek he has worked at Accenture & Sapient.

In his free time Bhaskar loves to spend time with his family, and also develops Arduino IoT based applications for fun and learning.

Serves as a Collaborative Business Partner to Achieve Client and Corporate Goals

Mayur serves the business in the role of finance business partner.

He is a key strategist in FP&A, working capital management, cost planning, and strategic financing. His background includes more than 10 years of experience in global IT and ITES business finance in Asia, Europe, and North America.

Outside of work, Mayur loves exploring the cultures of the world through travel.

Serving as a Strategic partner to the Business

Beth is an experienced HR leader who brings 15 years of HR expertise from both the private and public sectors.

Much of Beth’s work has been in employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, legal compliance and training. She is passionate about building and maintaining the culture of transparency, accountability and inclusiveness.

In Beth's spare time she enjoys watching movies, spending time with family and riding ATVs.
