Raman Sapra is the President and Chief Growth Officer of Mastek. He spearheads Mastek’s global growth initiatives. He helps define the go-to-market strategies, creates intellectual property, forges strategic partnerships, innovates solutions and provides delivery offerings across the board. He also executes key objectives for company expansion and development.
Raman has over 25 years of experience spanning next-generation digital technologies, applications and managed services. His extensive experience across vertical and service-line leadership, sales and strategy and mergers and acquisitions have shaped him into a digital business transformation leader. Raman’s diverse roles have led him across the US, the Middle East and India. As an accomplished digital business leader, Raman excels in designing, assembling the right talent and building global organisations from the ground up.
Before Mastek, Raman held leadership positions at Wipro (General Manager and Industry Head, Healthcare), Dell Services (Vice President and Global Head, Digital Business Services) and Sasken (Executive Vice President and General Manager, Digital Services).
Raman graduated from IIT Roorkee in 1996 with a degree in Mechanical Engineering. He was also a member of the Conference Board, an executive council on enterprise digital transformation, from 2015 to 2017.
