Vijay Iyer is a technology leader with over three decades of experience in the IT industry. He currently serves as the President of Americas at Mastek. In this role, he is responsible for driving growth and expansion across the Americas region. Before joining Mastek, he held key leadership roles at Persistent Systems, Infinite Computer Solutions, DXC Technology, Hexaware Technologies and CIGNEX Datamatics. His expertise encompasses strategy formulation, marketing and sales, organisational development, and advisor relationships. His vision and ability to develop and empower his team, coupled with overseeing large deals and delivery, make him a driving force behind Mastek’s success in the Americas.

With a Master of Science in Instrumentation from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, and an additional qualification from Harvard Business School, he was a part of Executive Education (Management Information Systems, General). Vijay is a recognised thought leader in the IT industry and has been featured in numerous publications and conferences. He is also a passionate advocate for diversity and inclusion in the workplace. He is a co-founder of the Iyer Foundation, a non-profit organisation that provides educational opportunities to underprivileged children.
