About Vimal
Vimal Dangri is Mastek’s Chief Legal and Compliance Officer. He is the lead legal strategist overseeing the legal compliance, risk, corporate governance, sustainability, project management and quality and process improvement functions for Mastek.
Before Mastek, Vimal contributed to the Legal team at Firstsource for nearly 19 years. He held various positions at Firstsource, the last being the Senior Vice President of Legal and Compliance. He specialises in regulatory compliance, contractual compliance, project management, ethics and BPO operations.
Vimal holds a bachelor’s degree in science from Wesley Degree College and a bachelor’s degree in law from Karnataka State Law University. He also has a master’s degree in business law from the National Law School of India University.
