Inefficiency of disparate legacy systems

Challenged by disparate legacy systems - Dynamics GP 2010 FMS, Cognos, Workplace and Pro-Master - the client was looking to bring in and integrated enterprise system that would enable them to significantly improve speed, efficiency and efficacy of operations, especially in consolidation and reporting.

Implementation of a fully integrated Oracle SAAS solution

Mastek implemented the following modules of the integrated SaaS solution:

  • Finance (GL, AP, AR, CM, FA, EXP) 

  • Supply Chain Management (PO, SSP) - as their legacy system did not include a procurement function 

  • Enterprise Performance Management (Budgeting & Forecasting)

Using their proprietary Glide framework and ADOPT (Advisory, Design, Orchestrate, Prepare, Transition) methodology for the Oracle implementation, Mastek ensured automated and seamless integration without errors and customized roles and access enabled efficient reporting and inquiry access without incurring additional license cost.
