Celebration of diversity

While every day is a celebration of our unity in diversity, we also observe some special days to honour diverse identities and cultures - International Women’s Day, Pride Month, International Men’s Day, Global Diversity Month, IDPwD, Black History Month.

Advocacy through Employee Resource Groups (ERG)

Our active ERGs decode life-centric happenings and create safe spaces for dialogue, support, and advocacy - within the organisation, across the industry, and within our communities. For example, SHEROES@Mastek for parenthood, Mastek Encircle for LGBTQIA+, etc.

Leadership development for women

Onwards & Upwards and LEAD are our signature programs to empower emerging women leaders and strengthen representation at senior levels.

Awareness & Sensitization

We build inclusive behaviours with our ‘Candid Conversation’ series, ‘Unconscious Bias’ training and DEIB Council sensitization sessions.

Inclusive Hiring Practices

We drive meaningful change through inclusive hiring of professionals into every level of our organization –differently-abled people, women, veterans, LGBTQIA+ and more.
