A cornerstone of our culture-building journey at Mastek, these workshops enable employees to internalise our six core values-Velocity, Empowerment, Collaboration, Trust, Ownership, and Respect-and apply them in their everyday work.

Through interactive discussions, real-life scenarios, and reflective exercises, participants learn how trust and respect serve as the foundation for empowerment and collaboration, ultimately driving velocity and fostering success.

Culture Cast - VECTOR Stories

Culture Cast is a podcast where Mastek leaders discuss how they demonstrate vector values in their leadership and workplace interactions. Each episode explores changes in organisational culture and its effects on business and employees.

Pulse Survey

Regular employee feedback is essential to understanding how our VECTOR values are experienced across the organisation. Our Pulse Survey serves as a tool for gathering feedback, which allows us to measure engagement and identify opportunities for further improvement.

GPTW (Great Place to Work)

Through our Great Place to Work initiative, we evaluate how well our VECTOR values are embraced by teams. Our Performance Management System integrates VECTOR behaviours into employee evaluations by systematically assessing how effectively individuals demonstrate these core values in their daily responsibilities. Through this exercise, we also consistently track the overall Vector score for Mastek.

Such insights help us to continuously adapt, and create better action plans to reinforce our culture and maintain a positive work environment.
