About Abhishek
Abhishek Singhh is President of the UK&I and Europe business at Mastek. Under his strategic leadership, Mastek has achieved accelerated growth across diverse sectors in the UK, strengthening long-standing partnerships with public sector, healthcare and enterprise clients while establishing the company as a trusted partner for complex, large-scale digital transformation programmes. He has repositioned the UK business to undertake strategic programmes aligned with the policy priorities of government departments landing multiple CNI engagements.
A strong ambassador for the Mastek brand, Abhishek has played a pivotal role in enhancing the company’s visibility and reputation across government, industry and enterprise ecosystems. He maintains close engagement with senior civil servants, technocrats and industry bodies, helping shape strategic dialogue around digital transformation, innovation and public service modernisation.
His leadership combines astute financial planning, operational excellence and effective team management, with a focus on delivering sustainable growth while fostering high levels of employee and client satisfaction. Prior to this role, he served as Group CFO, where he played a pivotal role in Mastek’s journey to unicorn status, shaping its growth strategy and leading its acquisitions programme.
With more than 25 years of global experience across the UK, Europe, the US and India, Abhishek brings deep expertise spanning technology, healthcare, financial services and business process management. Before joining Mastek, he held senior finance and leadership positions at Firstsource Solutions and Tech Mahindra. He is the Co-founder and Vice Chair of NASSCOM UK and a member of techUK.
