Mr. Deepak Kedia brings over two decades of international finance leadership experience across global enterprises including Motorola Solutions, Hewlett-Packard, NTT Ltd., Wipro, and private equity–backed technology and consulting companies. With a track record of scaling high-growth businesses across APAC, EMEA, LATAM, and North America, he has successfully led strategic value-creation initiatives across P&L management, M&A, investor relations, capital allocation, and digital finance transformation. He has partnered closely with Boards and senior leadership teams to drive enterprise strategy, strengthen governance, and enhance financial rigor in both multinational and high-growth tech environments.
Prior to this appointment, he served as Chief Financial Officer at Markets and Markets and previously held multiple senior leadership roles at Motorola Solutions and Hewlett-Packard. Across his career, he has driven business turnarounds, margin expansion, and multi-fold growth, successful investor exits, and cross-border restructuring to unlock profitable expansion.
A Chartered Accountant and CPA (Australia) with executive education in Sustainable Finance from the University of Cambridge, Mr. Kedia is recognized for building high-performing global finance teams, deploying advanced analytics and AI-driven decision frameworks, and championing sustainable, data-driven and disciplined financial management.
