Before joining Mastek, Reena was associated with Larsen & Toubro Limited and Nitco Limited and her expertise spans a broad spectrum of secretarial transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, buy-backs, FEMA compliances, and adherence to SEBI regulations and stock exchange listing requirements.
With an experience of more than 17 years, Reena actively contributes to the legal profession through her participation in ICSI forums, where she engages in legal research and knowledge dissemination, reinforcing her commitment to advancing best practices in corporate governance.
