About Vimal
Vimal Dangri, in his role as CHRO and General Counsel, leads Mastek’s strategies and actions covering legal, risk, compliance, ethics, corporate governance and quality. He also leads Group’s sustainability initiatives apart from driving key business enablers including cost efficiencies, structural simplification, et al. Before Mastek, Vimal led the legal, compliance, risk and secretarial functions at Firstsource Solutions Limited.
With an experience of more than 24 years, he serves as a partner to the business and counsel to the whole organization. By qualification, Vimal is a law graduate from Karnataka State Law University and also holds Masters in Business Laws from the National Law School of India University, Bangalore.
