Sourabh will directly report to CEO Umang Nahata.
Sourabh brings over two decades of global IT services experience across Healthcare & Life Sciences, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Retail, and Consumer Goods, with a career spanning North America, the UK, Europe, APAC, and South America. His deep expertise in digital product design for biopharma, cloud transformation, data and analytics, and cell/gene therapy has yielded impactful outcomes. He has successfully led hyper-growth initiatives, large-scale digital transformations, P&L management, strategic partnerships, and strengthened C-suite engagement while enhancing customer experience.

Prior to joining Mastek, Sourabh spent a decade at Cognizant, where he built the Health Sciences Strategic Business Unit on the US West Coast. Earlier, he held leadership roles at Wipro across delivery, pre-sales, and sales leadership in multiple continents. He has earned distinguished accolades, including the Americas President Circle Award (2021), Mission Impossible Award (2021), Life Sciences BU Leader Awards (2019, 2020), and the Hyper Growth Account & Client Partner Award (2018).
