The client is a national provider of in-home healthcare services and innovation in the US and the preferred in-home care partner of more than 400 hospitals across the country. The company’s 29,000 employees deliver home health, hospice, home and community-based services, and facility-based care in 37 states and the District of Columbia, reaching 68 percent of the U.S. population aged 65 and older.

The Solution

We guided the client to retire a one-third portion of their traditional IT system and move to a futuristic solution – Oracle HCM Cloud & a bespoke Pay Per Visit application.  

Mastek steered the healthcare institution towards successful organization-wide cloud adoption. Due to our long association with the client, we have a good understanding of their processes and requirements. This enabled us to initiate cloud transformation for them without any major disruptions. Our “decomplex digital” approach helped the client to build a global HCM system that made work easier for their 29,000 employees.  

We developed 60+ custom dashboards and reports for the client to gain 360-degree visibility in recruiting processes. The development of the Pay Per Visit solution enabled them to calculate their staff efforts and disburse the right pay with Oracle Onboarding, the recruitment teams interacted better with the new employees and improved the engagement quotient. Using Oracle Absence, the client was able to apply its rules and policies and successfully streamline the leave management process. We implemented Oracle Compensation for the client to adhere to compliance and promote fairness by compensating its employees irrespective of their locations. The healthcare provider was able to manage the time spent by their field staff and pay their 29000+ employees via Oracle Time and Labor.  

The Outcome
