The Challenges
A large US athletic apparel retailer had migrated from Elastic Path to ATG. Post-implementation they wanted full control of ATG development for their websites as well as realize the cost savings of leveraging a blended offshore/onshore model.

- The athletic apparel retailer and Mastek engaged in a joint delivery model using onsite (in Canada) and offshore teams.
- Mastek worked as an integral team partner to successfully launch multiple ATG upgrades, international websites, Sterling Order Management, Adobe Experience Manager implementation and Loyalty Program Implementation
- Mastek is also supporting the SFCC platform for international sites built using SFRA.
- Numerous Roadmap feature enhancement rollouts
- Migrate 20 on-prem applications, 23 Essbase Cubes, 4000+ reports and 28 integration touchpoints to the cloud
- Migrate 100 GB of data from legacy systems to Oracle Cloud
- Gain a bird-eye’s view of operations by incorporating dashboards
- Drive better insights from data, improved reporting, top-notch data security, governance and compliance
