A large US athletic apparel retailer had migrated from Elastic Path to ATG.  Post-implementation they wanted full control of ATG development for their websites as well as realize the cost savings of leveraging a blended offshore/onshore model.

Solution

  • The athletic apparel retailer and Mastek engaged in a joint delivery model using onsite (in Canada) and offshore teams. 

  • Mastek worked as an integral team partner to successfully launch multiple ATG upgrades, international websites, Sterling Order Management, Adobe Experience Manager implementation and Loyalty Program Implementation
