Customer Information

  • The client employees more than 2500 and services every global region.

  • The client has facilities in Inverness, Scotland; Burnaby, British Columbia, Canada; and Cabo Rojo, Puerto Rico. Animas Corporation of West Chester, Pennsylvania.

Solution

  • We utilized CX Commerce, Dell Boomi, and  Oracle JD Edwards ERP to consolidate multiple platforms to a single Sales Order Application globally. 

  • Via the CBO (Central Buying Organization) multiple regions support a Distributor methodology, B2B to Pharmacies, and Direct to Consumer offerings.

  • Using CX Commerce Storefront and integration to Drupal CMS created a centralized application for Lifescan customers to visit, order, manage their master data and delegated administration.

Results

  • Started relationship with a PoC that validated the business requirements. 

  • First phase was Sales Application, using CX Commerce with phase 2 being a D2C Commerce site for consumers in EMEA.

  • Phase 3 is RMA/Warranty/Samples Portal for multiple regions across the world.
