A global milk producer was looking to standardise their back-end process and have a single data source for receiving quick and accurate global information. They initially used an on-premise ERP system but in order to scale and grow their business, they needed to update to a modern cloud-based ERP system. With Mastek as their Oracle Cloud Implementation partner, they were able to move to an automated and integrated back-office process. About the Client

The client is an Australia-based global milk producer with operations and distributions in Australia, New Zealand, China and the United States. Their focused product is rich, natural milk and related products, one such being the infant formula. They work directly with the dairy farmers and have positioned themselves as a popular “dairy nutrition company”.
