One of UAE’s leading health insurers, The National Health Insurance Company – Daman provides comprehensive health insurance solutions to 2.6 million people in the country.

The Challenge
Need for a Cloud-based payroll system compatible with existing HR systems
Daman was looking to implement a cloud-based payroll system with:
- Oracle EBS GL and bank file integration without connection restrictions
- Efficient and automated computation of leave deductions and accruals, education allowance, pension, costing and reconciliation reports Accurate capture of all previous salary information for inactive employees
- Optimise performance and improve process efficiency

- Automated integration of all elements of employee benefits – leave, pension, gratuity, and EOS
- Seamless interconnectedness with GL and banks
- Creation of salary reconciliation reports from the same system
- Embedding of all costing information in the system
We also deployed the GLIDE methodology–ADOPT (Advisory, Design, Orchestrate, Prepare, Transition) for the Oracle Cloud Payroll implementation.
