In this pursuit, they partnered with us and implemented Oracle HCM Cloud to reconfigure their HR strategy. After the go-live, they were able to automate their recruitment process, thereby, reducing their operational cost and time.

Based in the United States for over 75 years, the client is an NPO on a mission to prevent and cure diabetes, along with improving the lives of the people who are affected by it. They specialise in Diabetes Education, Research and Advocacy. The moving force behind the work of the client is a network of more than one million volunteers, a membership of more than 500,000 people with diabetes, their families, and caregivers, a professional society of nearly 14,000 health care professionals, as well as more than 800 staff members.
The Situation
The existing system had data and information coming from multiple sources, which did not support an agile working environment

- Migrate 20 on-prem applications, 23 Essbase Cubes, 4000+ reports and 28 integration touchpoints to the cloud
- Migrate 100 GB of data from legacy systems to Oracle Cloud
